Kutafin University Law Review (KULawR) is an academic peer-reviewed law journal published by Kutafin Moscow State Law University. KULawR was established in March 2014 and is currently published twice a year. The journal is dedicated to the integration of Russian legal studies within the law community, and the improvement of ability to communicate complex legal ideas in English.
It publishes original research papers on the most important current legal problems. The Kutafin University Law Review deals with various law branches: public and private law, both national and international law. We accept works of well known scholars as well as talented graduate students, even if they are not very experienced – the most important criteria for us is the quality of the papers.
Please note that the mission of our journal is to involve not only our university scholars, but scholars from all over the world.
KULawR solves the important legal issues exercising around the world. So, the journal is open to publish articles and comments on different legal issues, written by Russian and foreign authors.
The KULawR is the open access journal. It is available both online and in print. Online version of the journal is free of charge for the readers.
The KULawR puts a greater emphasis on ethic aspects. So, we've drafted our ethics policy covering the relations with authors, readers and reviewers (check it please at our website).
The journal focuses on various law and allied sciences topics such as: legal sociology, criminology, forensics, etc. The pages of the KULawR are opened for a wide range of new and creative opinions.
